Project Youth ArtReach Mural at Maryland State House 

A new mural, Choosing to Make a Difference, graces the State Capitol in Annapolis.  Created by youth from the Choice Program of Prince George's County and Project Youth ArtReach mural artist Joey Tomassoni, the mural can be found on the Freedom Wall of the Maryland State House and vibrantly showcases court-involved youths' potential and motivation to change their lives.
